We are fully staffed with 3 primary care, medical doctors, and 3 mid-level. Booker Rest Home is a clean, 49 Bed, skilled nursing, long term care, facility filled with natural light and plenty of community spaces for socialization.

Our team of therapists specialize in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, as well as balance and core strengthening programs. Our respiratory therapy program focuses on cardiopulmonary diagnosis and rehabilitation and also supports emergency care needs in our emergency department.
