Jams in July - Educational Series

In this hands-on class, participants will learn the principles of preparing and canning jams to ensure a quality and safe food product. Students will leave with one jar of jam, printed materials and the knowledge of how to create a healthier, lower-sugar fruit spread.

Instruction is by Jennifer Kleffner, the owner of Miles Away Farm
in Walla Walla.
