The Chamber of Commerce has recreational maps of Columbia County, hunting information on the wind farms, a brochure with camp grounds and RV parks and information from member businesses about activities in our area. Whatever activities you choose, welcome and have a safe and happy season.

Columbia County CourthouseA visit to Dayton isn't complete without
touring the Columbia County Courthouse.
Originally built in 1887, it has been beautifully
restored. This is a working courthouse
listed on the National Register of historic places.

Dayton, Washington, was honored when Mrs. Laura Bush, on behalf of the White House, designated Dayton among the Nation's newest Preserve America communities.
Mrs. Bush stated in a press conference,
"...I commend you for your commitment to preserving an important part of our Nation's historic past for visitors, neighbors, and, most importantly, for children."
