Blue Mountain Artists Guild

We meet on the last Tuesday of every month. At the beginning of the year, we choose a theme for the art of the month and share it on this day. Our art rotates to galleries throughout our community.

Columbia Cares Coalition believes it takes an entire community to make communities healthy and happy. They believe that it is the responsibility of not only individual citizens, but also family and friends to provide social support, businesses and organizations to encourage health and wellness activities, and community leaders to implement policies and create environments that encourage physical activity and healthy living. The Coalition meets monthly to plan, evaluate, and implement activities.

Each community has different needs, and Kiwanis empowers members to pursue creative ways to serve the needs of children, such as fighting hunger, improving literacy and offering guidance.

This is a veteran based civic organization with the goals of helping past, present, and future service members, their families and our community.

Columbia County Fair


To preserve, promote and execute the best possible fair, in doing so, to educate the general public through use of quality exhibits from farm, home and community organizations. The heart of his fair remains the 4-H and FFA boys and girls who are endowed with a sense of pride and accomplishment in their various projects, rather they be animal husbandry, various craft endeavors or in home daily living. It is also the goal of the fair to enhance community spirit between farm and county dwellers, with an eye toward the endless possibilities of our county.
